These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of revtechteam.com (the “Site”), operated by REV Tech Team (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site provides information about REV Tech Team and the services we offer, including AI workflow automation, application development, data engineering, dashboards, and web development. The Site itself is informational.
Service engagements are separate
Any services we perform for a client are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between REV Tech Team and that client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of price, timeline, or outcome. Results described on this Site, including case study figures, reflect specific past engagements and are not a promise of results for any other engagement.
Not professional advice
Content on this Site, including blog posts, is general information based on our experience. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Decisions you make based on Site content are your own responsibility.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by REV Tech Team unless otherwise noted. You may browse the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.
Acceptable use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REV Tech Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. This limitation applies to Site use only; liability in service engagements is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify REV Tech Team against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Severability and changes
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
