REV Tech Team (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates revtechteam.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and messages you send us arrive as email rather than being stored in this website’s database.
Information we collect
Information you send us
When you use the contact form on this site, it composes an email from the details you enter (name, work email, company, company size, what you need, and your message). That email is sent to info@revtechteam.com through your own email client. The form does not save your details in this website’s database. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We see aggregated statistics; we do not use analytics to identify you personally.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, user agent) for security and operations, as virtually every website does.

Cookies
The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser opt-out add-on. The site works fine without cookies.
Third-party services

- Google Fonts. The site’s typefaces are delivered from Google’s servers, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch the font files.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on managed WordPress infrastructure operated by Namecheap (EasyWP), which processes server logs on our behalf.
- External links. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, and other sites are governed by those services’ own policies once you leave revtechteam.com.
How long we keep information
Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they are relevant to the relationship or required for our records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics retention settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers named above (as processors), or if required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@revtechteam.com and we will respond promptly. You will not be treated differently for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We maintain reasonable technical measures to protect this site, including a web application firewall, malware scanning, and hardened configuration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
